Smoked Salmon Sushi Bowl


1-2 servings


Have cooked brown rice ready. 

Then combine:

2 T lime juice
1/4 C sesame oil
2-4 T coconut aminos
wasabi to taste (optional)

This is the dressing. 

Then combine:

1 C cooked brown rice
1/2 cuke, diced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
6 oz wild-caught salmon (do NOT use farmed salmon or any salmon not labeled "wild caught"), pulled into pieces
1/2 avocado, cubed
sesame seeds
goat cheese

Drizzle dressing on top, and voila!
