Power Salad


Yields

A week's worth of salad for 1 person

Ingredients

1 bunch broccoli
1 container of sprouts
1 bunch kale, deribbed
1 bunch chard, deribbed
1 red bell pepper
carrots (4, depending on size)
1 red onion or bunch of green onions

Sides:
avocado
tomato
2 steamed beets
2 small baked sweet potatoes
cooked quinoa
a package of flavored tempeh (like Fakin' Bacon) 
Black beans


 


Directions

Mix the main salad ingreds for the week. Add sides daily to salad, all or none.
