It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to explore their wellness goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that enables you to articulate and achieve your goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help you find the right lifestyle that works best for you.

Most approaches to healthy eating dwell on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find the changes collectively create a much larger impact than they originally expected. We work on what you want to improve and within the circumstances of your unique situation.


Here’s the thing:
When my clients struggle with body image, usually there’s a whole set of leaky boundaries and commitments issues and not valuing yourself that goes along with that, and what I know is that when we clean that up for you and get you really clear on how valuable you are and get you making decisions and just standing in your commitments to yourself, then everything starts to shift.
When you go to the other side of your fear, that is where everything you want, is. If you are willing to stand in your courage so you can make it through fear, then you are ready to work with me and change your eating habits to those that serve you.
Said another way, when you are tempted to binge, you will be asked to find out why on an emotional level. This requires a certain courage and dauntlessness done from a self-care perspective; a gift to yourself so that you become your best self and become what you know you are capable of.

Just ONE cool thing about the right food for you is that besides bringing you to your right weight, it also brings you faster to all other goals and dreams you have for the other parts of your life that feed you: Body, mind, heart, and soul or health, career [purpose], relationships, and spirituality [you know you are more than your biosuit] because we think differently when we eat broccoli than when we eat a burger, fries and soda or alfredo sauce on pasta with garlic bread and cheesecake.
When we think differently, we feel differently. Whole organic food lifts our spirit as we ingest that high, living vibe! And when we pay attention to what we are paying attention to, we at last come to mastery over mind and emotion.
